IMBH Aligned Care Providers have agreed to specific expectations of care, including but not limited to utilizing evidenced-based practices, taking both a measurement-based and stepped-care approach to treatment, working with members to create individualized treatment plans, and working cooperatively with our case management and wrap-around services.
IMBH monitors the types of treatments and referrals individual patients receive from network providers. We work to educate and assist providers to improve outcomes through the use of evidenced-based practices and utilize the continuum of care more appropriately.
IMBH works to establish a strong relationship with providers and facilities in the community in order to ensure the quality of care that is expected by our client health plan members.
